14 (in Sonic's Time, around -186, because he is from 200 years in the future.)

City of Portal (3437 P.X.E.) (constantly travels though)
Personality:
Silver came from the future, which is a world of ruins, but he is an optimist, and does his best to change the past so the future can be better. His signature personality trait is how naïve he is. he has trouble understanding the motives behind evil and such. He is incredibly kind and caring. and he acts brave, and has a strong sense of purpose, and a strong sense of justice. He is kind of clueless sometimes, but always very friendly in day-to-day situations. He likes to hug people he trusts and is comfortable with. Although he likes to goof around and crack jokes, he is serious when the need arises. He will do anything for a good friend, no matter what.

Talent and abilities:
Psychokinesis. He can lift things, including himself, with the power of his mind. However, it is not always consistent, and he must be very focused to use it.
Limited Telepathy. He can initially only able to use it to give someone a headache, induce vertigo, or talk with another telepath inside his head, but the latter leaves him with a migraine. (Added by Admin.)
Super Silver. With all of the 7 Chaos Emeralds, Silver can transform into this state for a limited time.
High Physical Durability he won't go down without a fight, and he has the physical strength to go through with it.
Chronos Control. He can use the Timestones' power to warp through Time. (only with his Yellow Timestone he has) (Added by Admin)
He is naïve, and that makes him more open to listen to people.
He is good at making friends with people if they give him a chance.
Weaknesses:
Mild fear of water (not as bad as Sonic, but still).
Fear of darkness and being alone.
He is almost too trusting.
If he becomes nervous or afraid, his psychokinesis fails him.
He lacks confidence in himself.
He is naïve, and can be easily tricked by new people.
He is not very fast like most other characters.
He wants to help everyone, and will put himself and his mission at risk to do so.
Appearance:
five front head quills, two long back quills, all white fur, chest fur. he has peach coloured skin. His eyes are amber-gold, and he has a thick black outline to them. he wears dark blue boots with teal on the front foot part and a white strip down the front and a red jewel at the top under a golden ring that has light blue-green light running through it in a stripe. He also wears white gloves with rings similar to the ones on his boots on his wrists. His gloves have the same blue light running through them as in the rings, in the pattern of a circle with a stem.

Silver grew up in a future version of Mobius Prime plagued by a variety of issues, where he was raised by Mammoth Mogul. Mogul treated Silver as his ward, training him for future duties as a Knight of Kronos. He told Silver of a "traitor" who had emerged from the ranks of the original Knothole Freedom Fighters, whose actions were a primary cause of their future's condition. Silver thus set out to identify the traitor and find a way to bring peace to his troubled future. At the same time, Silver also was tutored by Edmund, the last Guardian of Onyx Island.
As of current, he traveled back in time and is currently in the Mobius Prime timeline (Sonic's timeline), looking for the traitor with his first target being Sonic the Hedgehog.

In the game, he has an American accent, but I always imagine him with a British one. (Probably because I live in London) He doesn't really fit in in Sonic's time, but he tries his hardest to get over his loss of Blaze, and to make new friends there.
He also has his Yellow Timestone/Super Warp Ring with him.
