Hey guys, name's Ark-E and I'm new to the forums. Yay! I'm sure you need a bit of something from me than just a friendly hello, so I'll go into detail. I'm a Youtuber, a deviantArtist, a Starmen.netter and a really active RPer. I also do alot of things in terms of art, writing and music. I've been into the Archie Sonic comics for who knows how long, but I'm glad to say that I know enough of my bearings, so yeah, you get the ideal. What's this? A new board? God, it's been years since I joined an actual forum like this. Welp here goes.
Hi all! I'm Gatamigo or just Gata for short. I'm a spriter, traditional artist, and have been known to frequent youtube, deviantart, and smackjeeves! I've been reading Archie comics since.... ohgod, what issue was the launch of Mobius 25 Years Later? Yeah I came in on that. Really damn confusing, but I got into it quickly.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to rping with you guys... however few of you there are?

So far you're only the fourth, but hopefully we'll get more people in here soon enough. How was M:25YL, by the way?
As you may know, we're only taking vacancies for the main cast, although we'll open it up to everyone else soon thereafter. What are your favorite characters? Got a few in mind for use in the roleplay?

M:25YL was amazing. It also introduced Little!Gata to the concept of "Possible Future" storylines. I quoted that sidestory arc like it was biblical for the longest time... Lara-Su is still one of my favorite characters~
Right, focus on the present. I DO know of the current vacancies, and am unsure if I'm leaning more towards Antoine or Rotor. The downside is that I'd need to understand some french to play Antoine properly, and I'd need to understand robotics to play Rotor properly. I'm unskilled as either. ;_;
I'l mull it over before making a decision, but I will attempt to apply for one or the other fairly soon. I've also taken the liberty to mentioning this place to a number of associates of mine who, like me, are Archie fans that like to roleplay. Hopefully I'll snag you a new member or two~

Greatly appreciated; thank you! We need all the help we can get. So far I see that 31 guests have visited in the past twenty-four hours. The previous high was seven!
As for the characters, take your time on it. I'm sure you'll do a fine job roleplaying either character. Smee (shm128iii), the other administrator, plays Bunnie, and I'm sure if Antoine is your Knothole Freedom Fighter you'll have a lot of fun plotting with him.
Regarding M:25YL, indeed Lara-Su is the centerpiece of the arc. Argyle's my favorite character there, and if we do a future universe, you'll know where to find me!

I don't know bout you, but the moment I'm able, I wanna snatch up Bean the Dynamite! I. Love. Bean.
...But this does beg the question, Gatorman, are we going to eventually be allowed more than one character? How would that work? A benchmark of posts posted? An analysis of posts to make sure your writing style is up to snuff? I'm curious.
CAUSE I REALLY WOULD LIKE TO PLAY BEAN THE MOMENT HE'S OPEN. JUST THROWING THAT OUT THERE.

I believe I first started reading it during the Songoose story arc, which was issues # 153-154. It was certainly an interesting arc and kept me reading the series. Some of my favorite characters are Sonic(obviously), Lara-Su, Scourge, Shadow, Tails, Knuckles, Bean, etc. You name it. ;D Hiya Scar ol buddy! We are planning on having a character limit of seven canon characters to allow other people to get in the game. There may be a limited number of fancharacters one may have, too; that shall be discussed later. |

What made you decide to start this forum? I gradually became an Archie fan while I was roleplaying in another board, and a really good one at that. Originally the admins oversaw two fora: a SatAM board and one along the lines of the Sega games. We finally got a chance to do an Archie board, but waning interest from some of the veterans, combined with some drama, caused those plans to be scuttled. I pondered starting the board for about one month, as I wasn't sure I would make a good administrator. Well, here I am, ready to get some roleplaying done! |

@gatorman: IMO, you guys are doing a great job being admins. Though Smee is well, he looks like he is starting to see issues on his end it seems,but hey, that's Life.
