Personality:
As the youngest of the siblings, he is an innocent, shy, sensitive and naive Mobian child that is a bit of a crybaby and is somewhat gullible, often getting himself into trouble. In addition, he is kind, curious, playful and gentle little fellow who looks up to those who are kind and caring to him in return. He has a pure heart as he holds no grudge nor malice against others that may harm him and is usually quick to forgive, that if he is allowed to, despite of how it is challenged by his sister.

Talent and abilities:
Climbing. Andre has lizard sticky pads located around his hands and feet that enables him to climb and walk along any surface without much of a problem. The best part is that he doesn't need to worry about falling off at all, which is quite the relief.
Invisibility. As with any type Chameleons, Andre can essentially blend into his surroundings and environments, making him invisible to sight. However, whenever he moves around, it creates a cloaking aftereffect as a hint and most of the time, it goes unnoticed.
Long Tongue. Along with the other abilities, Andre uses his long sticky tongue as a short projectile attack or as a sort of grapnel. However, this can be used against him as it clearly shows that if anyone makes an attempt to grip a chameleon's tongue, would let it go and send the tongue flying back! Ouch.
Speed/Agility. Quick and nimble, Andre is more than capable to out-speed others, especially in dangerous situations, however, his speed is ranged to be normal to above normal.
Weaknesses:
Reptilian setback. Due to him being a reptile-based Mobian, he slows down in cold weather as he becomes extremely sleepy to the point of passing out.
Inexperienced fighter. Since Andre has little to no experience fighting, he often stays back with his mother back at home or other safe haven, however, when alone, he is very vulnerable and will get caught if he doesn't remain invisible.
Blunders. If Andre gets a form of colorful liquid or powder on him while invisible, it exposes him to open discovery by anyone.
Scaredy Cat. Andre is often scared of others, especially his sister; there is a 50% that he will most likely flee or hide if he feels threatened.
Crybaby. Andre is a very sensitive and if he receives any negative or hostile reactions, he'll end up being scared and get a bit teary, with a 50% chance of turning quiet or running away.
I'm Not a Fighter! Andre, when faced with danger, will most likely flee or hide from said enemies.
Appearance:
Andre is a light blue chameleon with spiked and swift teal hair, purple eye color, fair tone muzzle and a small pale yellow horn above said muzzle. He wears a pine green shirt, blue shorts, white socks, pine green and white shoes. At best, in terms of height, he is about 2'4", in terms of weight, he is about 27.5 - 28 lbs. in overall, which is fairly lightweight.

History:
Born and raised in the Dragon Kingdom, Andre, the youngest sibling of the family, was that type of kid that wasn't really tough. He was extremely shy that to the point if startled or hurt, he'll run off crying. Sometimes to the point of attempting to hide from his problems and this made it fun for his older sister to mess with him and cause trouble, mostly to lay the blame on him if she gets caught.
It was recently that his father insisted that the family to move to Rainbow Valley due to not only the Yagyus causing trouble, but due to Robotnik's robot brigade was closing in towards Stormtop Village at the time and he had to stay back to protect their grandmother as well.
Their mother insisted their father to come, however, their father replied that he had to protect the only grandparent alive as well, being their grandmother, and he made a promise to catch up with his wife and kids as soon as it's clear.
Several months later, the family moved to Rainbow Valley with the help of Shinobis and lived there peacefully, away from danger and harm, hoping and praying that their father is alright, while trying to live out their life.
