Personality:
Antoine is known for being arrogant, yet cowardly. He's the first to flee from a fight, but likewise the first to take all the credit for his sucesses. He can easily get a big head from any and all praise given to him (and some praise that isn't given to him.) He is also rather flirtatious, especially around Princess Sally. However, he's not a bad guy by any means. His arrogance comes from being raised by his father, with the intention of Antoine joining the royal court, and although he is cowardly in the face of danger, he still tries to put up a fight to protect the people he cares about. His upbringing instilled in him a sense of duty and honor. He also is a gentleman at heart. True, he's corny as all get out and overdoes it a bit, but usually his flirting isn't just for kicks.

He also has a longtime rivaly with Sonic over Princess Sally. She seems to prefer the unkempt and irrational hedgehog more than the sophisticated and regal coyote, which boggles Antoine's mind and makes him ever more focused on winning her heart back from Sonic.

Military weaponry and traditions, French cuisine, cooking (with natural ingredients), cleanliness, The Royal Family of Acorn

food cooked with artificial seasoning or margarine, people who can't understand his accent, sloppiness, Sonic the Hedgehog

Talent and abilities:
An able swordsman, trained with the sabre from a young age in the techniques used in the Acorn Royal guard. Similarly a trained air pilot with knowledge of basic aircraft such as biplanes and hot air balloons. Less useful yet still notable abilities include his expertise on the topic of gourmet food, and being really good at running away from things.

Weaknesses:
Scared of most danger, is more likely to run away to hide than anything else. His rivalry with Sonic causes him to make rash decisions in the interest of impressing Princess Sally, usually with disastrous results. Despite being able to swim, he has not really taken the time practice doing so well. He can keep afloat, but it requires a lot of inefficient splashing. He also cannot stand trivial things, such as uncleanliness or the making of gourmet dishes with incorrect ingredients or ingredients that are not of a decent quality. Doing such things in his presence will cause him to become enraged, and he will irrationally attempt to correct the wrongdoings.

Appearance:
Antoine is a brown furred coyote with a tan muzzle, blonde hair, and blue eyes. He wears a Acorn Kingdom Army Uniform to honor his (presumably) deceased father. He also carries his signiture weapon, a sabre, on his person at all times.

History:
Antoine spent his childhood in Mobotropolis with his friends Princess Sally, Sonic, and Rotor. Armand D'Coolette, his father, was the head of the Kingdom of Acorn's military and began training Antoine in the art of sword fighting at an early age. During Dr. Ivo Robotnik's takeover of the city, Antoine was sent into hiding in the Great Forest with other children, while his father was one of the many citizens captured and roboticized. Antoine remained unaware of this, and believed, as did many others, that his beloved father had perished in the chaos of the coup when he and his troop went missing, and took to wearing his old uniform as a testament to him. He joined his friends in the forming of the Knothole freedom fighters, and began striking back against Robotnik's reign of terror as best he could.

Anything Else?
Antoine is bilingual, knowing both English and French. This is why he has an accent, and tends to mess up English phrases.

Looking good so far, but I'd like further explanation regarding Antoine's talents and abilities—at least one sentence is adequate for each.

Also, how skilled would Antoine be as an air pilot? He may be trained, but he could be merely competent or he could fly like a seasoned pro.

Regarding marksmanship, what weapon or weapons does Antoine use? Explain in the talents field.

The list of weaknesses appears rather thin to me; would margarine incidents cause him to lose direction sometimes? If a weakness is unsubstantial and unlikely to hurt the team, that's something that would belong in the dislikes field, as you already have done. If I may make a suggestion, you could say that Antoine gets worked up by the little things he hates or by his rivalry with Sonic that it could either cause him to lose focus or to do something stupid (and detrimental) to the team. See if you can include one more weakness in there, too.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Antoine scared out of his gourd in that one episode of SatAM where they used a plane? If so, how would he actually be knowledgeable in how to fly one? Granted, SatAM is a different universe than Archie, but they're still pretty connected.

Other than that, though, everything looks good to me! Approved!

In an early issue of the Archie conics, Antoine flies a hot air balloon and is later shown flying the Freedom Fighters' many aircraft like the Freedom Special or whatever the heck they called it- Sonic's X-Jet thing, so his skills are documented.

As for the SatAM episode... I have seen that episode myself, and while you could use it as proof of Antoine's fear of heights, I prefer to assume that he was afraid of flying on the rickety thing they were going to launch in the air. Cause it was rickety. And not safe. And. No.
