Personality:
NICOLE is very intelligent, processing information and possessing knowledge greater than the average Mobian. She is mostly logical and calculating, showing some personality though it is often in a cold and literal manner. Sometimes, she shows that she will risk anything to help her friends at any cost. When situations are dire, she doesn't like to joke around as it could put everyone else in a hi-risk situation in the end, considering her to be also stern and critical.
Likes:
Her friends in general (though she is more close to Sally); being of assistance; playing around (with young Rotor mostly); getting the mission done
Dislikes:
Dr. Robotnik; Snively; the massive robot brigade; being left off of missions that require serious attention; having her logic challenged when she clearly knows what she is doing
Talents and abilities:
Hacking. NICOLE can interface herself and enter inside computer mainframes to aid the Freedom Fighters to download information or even take control of various technologies.
Laser. Her computer device is equipped with a low-powered laser that can cut through metal.
Firewall. The firewalls inside NICOLE protects her from damage from security hackings.
Super form: None, unfortunately.
Weaknesses:
NICOLE, needless to say, has no combat ability, unless you count the shocks she emits whenever she is mishandled, and as she is a handheld computer, she faces the risk of breakage if beaten around too much.
Appearance:
In her handheld form, she is inside the medium-scaled handheld device as an A.I. program. Since she can't move on her own, someone has to pick her up and take her around to get to places.
History:
NICOLE was created and programmed by Future Rotor Walrus from an alternate Mobius in a possible future timeline and was sent back by King Sonic and Queen Sally to Mobius Prime to aid Sally and the Freedom Fighters in their war against Dr. Robotnik at the time. She was discovered by Sally and noting her, she offered her greetings and a friendship. Sally noted that NICOLE reminded her of someone before the other Freedom Fighters came in and asked of what happened. However, Sonic, curious about the mystery behind her, offered to give her a shake and received a nice shock in response. Sonic's response was negative as he want NICOLE out, but Sally refused to let Sonic take authority and told him that she's staying, whether he likes it or not.
